Counter Billing

Billing, stock and GST reports for your shop, on one Windows PC.

Download for Windows

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing else to install.

Install

  1. Download CounterBilling.exe and keep it anywhere, such as the Desktop.
  2. Double-click it. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Choose Use this PC, then create your admin account and enter your shop details.

Update to a new version

  1. Open the Backup page in the app and click Back up now.
  2. Close Counter Billing.
  3. Download the new CounterBilling.exe and put it in place of the old one.

Your bills and stock are kept separately from the program, so they stay as they are.
